You are responsible for: • Managing access permissions for your organization's team members • Ensuring assessment content complies with applicable laws • Maintaining confidentiality of candidate assessments and results

AssessZen provides coding, multiple-choice, and open-ended technical assessments. • Code Execution: Submissions run in isolated sandbox environments • Proctoring: Optional monitoring features can be enabled with candidate consent • Scoring: Automated evaluation is provided as an assessment aid, not a definitive measure

We offer four subscription tiers: FREE, ZEN, ZEN+, and ZEN+ Enterprise. • Each plan includes specific candidate capacity and feature limits • Premium features may require additional credits • Plans can be changed anytime; refunds only available for annual Enterprise plans

Candidates must: • Complete assessments independently • Not record or share assessment content • Comply with the proctoring rules set by your organization

• Platform: AssessZen platform and evaluation tools are owned by AssessZen • Your Content: You retain ownership of assessments you create • Open Source: Some components use open-source software under their respective licenses

AssessZen assists with hiring decisions but is not liable for: • Results from automated code evaluation • Hiring decisions based on our data • Technical issues from local network problems
